ORDERS

All orders are shipped from my atelier daily from Monday-Friday.
Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Each garment is handmade by me, once the order has been placed and paid for by the customer. I kindly request that you check the production time for your chosen garment to ensure you are aware of how long it takes me to make your garment before it is dispatched out to you. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been purchased.

Belgium and Germany: 3-7 business days​

Other EU countries: 3-7 business days​

CUSTOM ITEMS

All CUSTOM items are 100% made to order and will take 3-5 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed.

 

Please email info@yasminli.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

RETURNS

All of my items are handmade to order especially for you, please make a considered purchase when placing your order.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to me within 14 days of receiving the item for exchange or store credit, subject to the following terms and conditions:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

HOW TO RETURN

To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return condition below. 

 

The items being returned must be:

- in original condition;

- unworn;

- unaltered;

- unwashed;

- with their tags attached.

 

Take caution when trying on garments, as I will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor. 

 

Please note YASMIN LI is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email INFO@YASMINLI.COM with the subject line 'RETURN';
  2. Include your name and order number within the email;

  3. Provide the reason for your return;

  4. Specify your preference for an exchange or store credit;

  5. Once I have received your email, I will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
